Andrew Lovorn is a PMP® Credentialed Sr. Consultant. Mr. Lovorn combines best practices from the many agencies he has served to provide both federal and commercial clients program and project management consultation specializing in full life cycle acquisition management, earned value management system (EVMS) implementation and analysis, schedule development and analysis, schedule risk assessment, and training services.
He is a certified trainer in FAC-P/PM, Earned Value Management and Cost Estimating II. Mr. Lovorn's academic credentials include a B.A. in Economics from The College of William and Mary in Virginia and an MBA from George Mason University. Mr. Lovorn was a member of the team that developed the GAO's Best Practices for Project Schedules Guide (GAO-12-120G) and actively participates on GAO's Cost, Schedule, and EVM Expert Working Group. Mr. Lovorn's publications include "Program Level IBR/EVMS Surveillance in the Federal Enterprise" and "Lessons Learned in Implementing Earned Value Management in the Federal Workspace."
